MapPinGo 隱私權政策

MapPinGo（以下稱「本應用程式」）由個人開發者 Chiang Yi Shan 提供。本應用程式重視使用者的隱私權，並致力於保護您提供的個人資料。本政策將說明我們如何蒐集、使用、保護及管理您在使用本應用程式時所提供的資訊。

    • 電子郵件信箱
    • 暱稱
    • 性別
    • 所在地（用於初始化地圖顯示）
  • 地理位置資訊（需經使用者授權）
    • 僅於使用者主動打卡時使用，用來標示所在位置。
    • 本應用程式 不會在背景持續追蹤定位。
  • 打卡內容（儲存在本地裝置）
    • 景點照片、文字、打卡地理座標 皆儲存在使用者裝置內，不會自動上傳至伺服器。

二、資訊的使用目的

所蒐集之資訊將用於：

  • 建立並維護使用者帳號。
  • 顯示與管理打卡地圖與城市解鎖狀態。
  • 優化應用程式功能與操作體驗。

本應用程式 不會販售、出租、交換或向第三方提供您的個人資料。

三、資訊儲存與保護

  • 帳號基本資料會安全儲存於伺服器，用於登入辨識。
  • 打卡紀錄與照片僅儲存於您個人的裝置中。
  • 若您刪除本應用程式，本地端資料即會同時刪除且不可回復。
  • 我們採取合理的技術措施以防止個人資料遭未授權存取、修改或洩漏。

四、第三方登入服務

本應用程式提供以下登入方式：

  • Apple 登入
  • Google 登入

登入過程中可能會由該服務驗證您的身份或提供必要資訊。

五、使用者權利

使用者可隨時：

  • 編輯或更新個人資料。
  • 關閉定位權限（可能影響打卡功能）。
  • 於「個人設定」內 使用刪除帳號功能，刪除後帳號與伺服器上可識別個人資料將被移除。

MapPinGo (the “App”) is provided by an individual developer, Chiang Yi Shan (the “Developer”). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and manage your information when you use the App.

By installing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects only the information necessary to provide its core features:

  • Account Information

    • Email address
    • Display name (nickname)
    • Gender
    • Location (used for initial map display)

  • Location Information (with your permission)

    • Used only when you actively record a check-in location.
    • The App does not track your location in the background.

  • Check-In Data (Stored Locally)

    • Photos, location coordinates, and notes you create during check-ins
    • All check-in data is stored on your device only
    • These data are not uploaded to any server unless you choose to share them externally.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Create and maintain your user account
  • Display and manage your check-in map and unlocked city records
  • Support customization of your user experience

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Account information is stored securely on the server for login and identification purposes.
  • All check-in photos and location records are stored locally on your device.
  • If you delete the App, your local data will be deleted and cannot be restored.
  • Reasonable technical protection measures are used to prevent unauthorized access or data leakage.

4. Third-Party Login Services

The App provides secure login options through:

  • Sign in with Apple
  • Sign in with Google

  • Disable location permission at any time (note: this may limit check-in functionality)
  • Use the Delete Account option in the Settings page to remove your account and associated identifiable information stored on the server
  • Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.
